Fall Convention/Clinic Events Page!

As you scroll down this page you will find directions that will allow you to:

    • register for the 2024 WWCA Fall Convention/Clinic.
    • make reservations for overnight lodging at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center
    • register for a 2024/2025 WWCA membership.
    • purchase the 2024 George Martin Hall of Fame and WWCA Awards Banquet tickets.

** Informational items on this page are continually being updated.  Please be sure to return throughout the registration season for updates and additional information. 

PLEASE NOTE!  When registering for an event, your email address is captured for contact purposes, for use when logging back into the system to register for additional purchases or other events and for those registering for membership privileges and benefits.   A  password is automatically generated and sent to the registrant's email.  For those registering for membership, it is important that each member have their own email address and password.

2024 FALL CONVENTION/CLINIC and Membeship Registration

HALL OF FAME BANQUET Tickets

If you wish to purchase tickets to the 2024 George Martin Hall of Fame and WWCA Awards Banquet, please click on the links below. 

The deadline for ordering banquet tickets is November 1st.

A single banquet ticket is included with the registration price for those who register for the WWCA Fall Convention/Clinic. 

If you wish to make a donation to the Hall of Fame only, please click the donation link below.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

If you are a vendor and wish to register for a booth at the 2024 WWCA Fall Clinic, please click the registration button below.  Vendors will be able to set up beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 8.  A reminder letter and follow-up information will be sent to vendors leading up to the convention date(s).

Overnight LODGING INFORMATION

The WWCA has set aside a block of rooms for Friday, November 8th for convention/clinic attendees and guests attending the Hall of Fame Banquet. There is also a small block of rooms reserved for Thursday, November 7th for those arriving early.  The rate is $145 per night for Thursday and Friday.  Other room options are available and indicated on the reservation site.

WIAA Officials' Clinic 

If you are a current or new official and wish to register for the  the annual WIAA Officials' Clinic held on Day-2 of the WWCA Convention/Clinic, please the registration link below.   The WIAA Officials Clinic will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration and conclude at 12:00 noon.   For questions, please contact Mike Arendt at mfarendt@yahoo.com.
